Transdev Sverige operated a high-volume transport network with hundreds of integrations — managed via Microsoft BizTalk and monitored through Nodinite.
At the time, the integration layer was widely seen as fragmented and opaque. Troubleshooting was slow and manual, with IT teams under pressure to locate missing messages, explain failures, and document flows without orchestration or centralized control. It was like trying to fix a networked printer from 2003 — with only a flashlight and hope.
Nodinite helped bring structure to the chaos, offering real-time logging and a powerful interface for tracking data flows. But without a modern integration backbone, the system remained brittle.
