THE CHALLENGE:
When fragmentation slows everything down.
Transdev Sverige was already operating a large integration environment with hundreds of flows across operational and business-critical systems.
Nodinite was already in place, providing monitoring, logging and visibility into the existing BizTalk environment. That helped Transdev understand what was happening across its integrations.
But visibility alone could not remove the complexity that had accumulated in the underlying integration architecture.
Flows, dependencies and business logic had grown over many years. Troubleshooting could still mean tracing missing messages, explaining failures and following dependencies across several systems.
It was like trying to fix a networked printer from 2003 — with only a flashlight and hope.
The challenge was therefore not simply to see the integrations more clearly.
It was to create an integration architecture that was easier to orchestrate, change and operate — without losing the monitoring and traceability Transdev already relied on.
THE SOLUTION
Orchestration meets observability.
As Transdev began moving away from BizTalk, Ghost Nodes was introduced as the new orchestration and execution infrastructure — while Nodinite remained the dedicated platform for monitoring, logging and documentation.
The two platforms complement each other without depending on each other.
Ghost Nodes runs and orchestrates integrations and automation across IT and OT environments. Flows are built visually and remain visible and traceable directly in Ghost, giving teams insight into how integrations are structured and executed.
Nodinite adds a monitoring-first layer focused entirely on logging, observability, documentation and governance — giving Transdev a dedicated view across a large and complex integration landscape.
Together, the two platforms give Transdev a combination of capabilities that matters in day-to-day operations:
- Distributed orchestration and automation through Ghost Nodes
- Dedicated monitoring, logging and governance through Nodinite
- Visual and traceable integration flows
- Faster troubleshooting across complex dependencies

The architecture also allows the two platforms to evolve independently. Transdev can extend orchestration, automation and new integration capabilities in Ghost Nodes while continuing to use Nodinite as its specialized observability layer.
