SUBPROCESSORS

Overview

Ghost Labs AB (“Ghost Labs”) uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to support the operation of the Ghost Nodes platform.

Subprocessors may process limited personal data on behalf of Ghost Labs for the purposes of providing and maintaining the Service.

All Subprocessors are contractually required to implement appropriate security and data protection measures.

This page lists the Subprocessors currently used by Ghost Labs.

Ghost Labs evaluates Subprocessors based on their security, privacy, and compliance practices.

Each Subprocessor is required to maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Ghost Labs relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Subprocessor Updates

Ghost Labs may update this list of Subprocessors from time to time.

Customers will be notified of material changes where required by applicable law.
