When someone asks who controls your critical platform, “good question” is not the answer you want to give. Ghost Nodes is already sovereign where it matters most: in runtime. With version 10.0.0, we have removed more of the few external platform dependencies that still remained. Not very loud. Quite important. And now only one final step remains before Ghost Nodes can be offered as a fully sovereign platform.

Words like that should probably have retired with the fax machine. But the market tends to burn through its annual supply of them before lunch. And still this one made it into our latest news anyway — for a pretty good reason.

It looked perfect in the diagram. Then it went to production. And reality showed up — uninvited. Systems failing in parallel, APIs changing mid-sentence, and something “done” becoming—interesting. Now there’s a better way.
